Your purchase address of the product is your first point of contact regarding the warranty. They can inform you in detail about the warranty.
My product has a defect. What can I do?
That is obviously not the intention and our customer service will be happy to help you. However, the agreements and possibilities vary from brand to brand and that is why we kindly ask you to use our special Support Form to indicate which defect your product has. Please be as complete as possible with the description and add pictures if necessary. Our customer service will then contact you so that you can quickly enjoy your product again.
Can I also buy directly from you?
